This Chinese restaurant located on Old Street in Kaohsiung offers a flavorful Four Gods Soup, with the intestines being very well cleaned. The rice cakes have a moderate texture, and the accompanying side dishes provide a variety of flavors, making it not easy to get tired of. The overall combination is balanced and worth revisiting.
The service quality is excellent, making people feel satisfied, and the overall price is quite reasonable, deserving a five-star rating.
A traditional Chinese restaurant in the old street of Gangshan. The business hours are from evening to ten o'clock in the evening. Let me start with the conclusion. The taste, service and price are all worthy of five stars. The Sishen soup is very delicious and the intestines are very clean. Fishy smell. The rice cakes are made with great care. The texture of the glutinous rice is not too sticky. When paired with other side dishes, the taste will always change. And because of the side dishes, the taste is constantly changing. It’s not easy to get tired of, but in terms of portion size, even if you finish the whole bowl without side dishes, it’s still not enough to make you tired. The overall combination is still very balanced. I will order some of their side dishes next time, and there are quite a few customers at other tables too. A little bit of both, but this time my stomach is not that big. I always have to leave some regrets to find an excuse next time 😂
