This restaurant is located near the Shimen Reservoir. The road in front of the restaurant isn't very wide, but you can easily park two cars at the entrance. If there are no spots available, the nearby roadside has white lines which are quite convenient for parking.

The facade features a somewhat retro brick wall design, but inside, it showcases a bright, lofty mezzanine layout. The seating arrangement isn't crowded, making for a comfortable space. The small platform at the back of the restaurant is a hidden gem, offering beautiful views during the day.

Today, my child ordered creamy bacon pasta, while I opted for lemon salt-marinated Matsusaka pork. For the appetizer before the main dishes, the scallops were delicious—very tender and fresh.

The creamy bacon was rich but not overwhelming. The pasta was flat, which helped it absorb the sauce well. It's rare for my child to finish an entire meal by themselves, but they did this time.

As for the lemon salt-marinated Matsusaka pork, the portion of meat was generous, with minimal seasoning. Paired with plenty of scallions, the flavor soared, although the side vegetables felt a bit lacking—just one baby corn and a piece of sweet potato. After having a lot of meat, it would be nice to have more vegetables.

For dessert, we also ordered a lemon tart, which was very tasty. It had a good level of acidity, and the crust was excellent—not too soft.

Overall, the dining experience was great. The environment was comfortable, and the food was delicious. I recommend it to food lovers visiting Shimen!
