🍜 Noodle Shop: Chashu Dream 🍜

I learned that there is a ramen shop in Nambancho with plenty of chashu, so I decided to go check it out! 🍜🐷

The shop is called Noodle Shop: Chashu Dream and is part of the “Everyone is Noodles” series! 🍜

The nearest station is Nambancho on the Osaka Metro 🚃

There are counter seats and private rooms, and the menu features a distinctive scroll style ✨

On the table, there was also pepper provided for flavor variations 🔥

From the Chashu Dream series, I ordered ONE DREAM (5 slices) 🍜🐷

The Chashu Dream series features a base of “Aged Soy Sauce Ramen” topped with enough chashu to completely fill the bowl. It's the shop's recommended dish, truly a "dream chashu ramen."

• 1 slice of brand pork belly chashu (half)
• 2 slices of brand pork shoulder chashu
• 1 slice of brand pork loin chashu
• 1 slice of domestic chicken chashu
  This is quite a luxurious amount of chashu! 🐷🐔

When the ramen arrived, I found:

• Soy sauce soup
• Medium-thick whole wheat noodles 🍜
• 1 slice of brand pork belly chashu (half) 🐷
• 2 slices of brand pork shoulder chashu 🐷
• 1 slice of brand pork loin chashu 🐷
• 1 slice of domestic chicken chashu 🐔
• Menma 🎋
• Green onions
• Kaiware daikon sprouts
  After adding the toppings, they torched the chashu for an extra touch 🔥
  It was incredibly luxurious! 🍜

The soup was dark in color, but when tasted, it had a sweetness and was not as rich as it appeared—delicious! ✨

The whole wheat noodles were chewy and satisfying—really good! 🍜

It was rich, juicy, and delicious with plenty of fat! 🐷

Brand pork shoulder chashu 🐷
Cooked thoroughly, the meat was satisfying to chew, and the fat was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! 🐷

Brand pork loin chashu 🐷
It had a rare texture with a hint of pepper flavor 🔥
It paired well with the soup and was tasty! 🐷

Domestic chicken chashu 🐔
This was made of chicken breast with thickness but was tender, juicy, and delicious! 🐔

The menma was cut into larger pieces, providing a satisfying crunch 🎋

The green onions and kaiware daikon were crispy and delicious! ✨

Even with added black pepper from the table, it tasted great! 🔥

Despite having plenty of chashu, it wasn’t heavy on the stomach, making it quite enjoyable! 🐷

This shop is also popular for its mixed noodles, and since I love mixed noodles, I’m thinking about trying those as well! 🍜
