This restaurant, Chuan Jiao Beef Noodles, has already made it onto the list of Taoyuan's favorite beef noodle spots. It has been open for a while, but during meal times, the crowd is still endless 😊. Taking advantage of the slightly cooler weather, I wanted some hot soup 🤔 and suddenly remembered I hadn’t tried this place yet, so I decided to come for lunch today and give it a taste 😙.

When the dish arrived, the aroma of traditional Chinese medicine was overwhelming. The seemingly light broth turned out to be unexpectedly rich and tasty. On a cold day, having a soup with medicinal flavors really warms the body up 😁. There are two types of noodles offered: wide noodles and hand-pulled noodles, both are very chewy 😁. If you’re not a fan of noodles, there are also options for glass noodles and rice 👍. The restaurant uses beef shank, which, although thick, is tender and falls apart easily. The meat and tendon combination doesn't get stuck in your teeth, making it really easy to eat 🤙.
