The garlic butter beef bowl ordered today, paired with a soft-boiled egg, features smooth rice and distinct layers of garlic flavor. The miso soup uses frozen tofu, which not everyone likes, but the lightly sweetened black tea is quite acceptable.
Today I ordered the garlic butter beef donburi. The cream and hot spring egg add a smooth texture to the elastic rice grains, and the aroma of garlic adds layers of texture to the whole bowl of rice.
I personally don’t like the use of frozen tofu in miso soup, and the attached spoon is not suitable for drinking soup.
The greens are seasoned with simple Japanese soy sauce and have a sweet taste.
The black tea is slightly sugary but not overly sweet and is acceptable.
