The portion sizes of the meals are quite generous, the meat is tender and juicy, and it’s not dry at all. Especially the soup base, which becomes richer and more flavorful as the cooking time increases. The ingredients on the vegetable platter are fresh, making the overall experience satisfying.
The dining area is located in the corridor, closer to the road, and occasionally there is a slight breeze that can be a bit chilly, which somewhat affects the overall comfort of the environment.
The boss is friendly and often checks in to refill the soup. The frequency and attitude of the service are satisfactory, making it worthy of recommendation.
I ordered a small hot pot with friends, and the broth had a generous amount of meat. The meat wasn't tough; it had a slightly chewy texture, and there was a lot of ginger in it, making the broth more flavorful the longer it cooked. We ordered several dishes, and I found them all to be quite fresh, with large portions as well. I didn't photograph the noodles, but each person felt quite full after eating. The boss was also very friendly, frequently coming by to refill the broth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would want to come back again. The only downside was that we were seated in the outdoor area this time, which wasn't very comfortable; it was a bit too close to the road, and sometimes the wind made it feel a bit chilly.
