I ordered a small hot pot with friends, and the broth had a generous amount of meat. The meat wasn't tough; it had a slightly chewy texture, and there was a lot of ginger in it, making the broth more flavorful the longer it cooked. We ordered several dishes, and I found them all to be quite fresh, with large portions as well. I didn't photograph the noodles, but each person felt quite full after eating. The boss was also very friendly, frequently coming by to refill the broth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would want to come back again. The only downside was that we were seated in the outdoor area this time, which wasn't very comfortable; it was a bit too close to the road, and sometimes the wind made it feel a bit chilly.
