The decor of this café is very simple, but it has a somewhat dark and mysterious vibe! If you don't look closely, you might think the shop isn't open yet… The overall size of the café isn't large; all the staff take orders, prepare, and serve at the central island area!
The way coffee is made here is very similar to how drinks are mixed at a bar 🍸. Today, I specially ordered two cups of coffee:

Each cup of coffee is presented in a way that resembles cocktail mixing. What makes this coffee special is that it incorporates a hint of seaweed flavor to complement the coffee, just like how various flavors are combined when mixing drinks! This cup of coffee ☕️ also has a bit of sea salt smeared on the rim, perfectly merging the sweet, salty, and bitter flavors of the coffee!

When I ordered this cup of coffee, I thought it would be very sweet, but as soon as I took a sip, I was captivated by the aroma of the coffee. The bitterness of the coffee is completely overshadowed by the fragrance of honey, yet it doesn’t mask the original aroma of the coffee! The surface of the coffee is topped with fresh cream and honeycomb 🐝, which adds another layer of enjoyment while drinking!
I highly, highly recommend this café and urge everyone visiting Chiang Mai to give it a try! Not only because of their creativity but also because the overall coffee is incredibly delicious, truly making the experience of drinking coffee an art form!
