Originally, I only planned to buy the classic meat buns and brown sugar bamboo shoots and dried meat buns, but the boss kept recommending the pickled cabbage buns to me. He said they were very delicious and had a slightly spicy taste. This seemed to be a way of eating in Fujian. To be honest, I didn’t like it. I like sauerkraut, but I still had the guts to buy one.

I think the performance of the meat buns is quite satisfactory. It tastes like sorghum, which I personally don't like. The skin is a bit thick and you can't even taste the filling in the first bite. The meat is a small piece.
The brown sugar bamboo shoots and dried meat buns taste salty and have the crispiness of the dried bamboo shoots, plus the sweet taste of the brown sugar buns. They taste good, but there is still the problem of too little filling, but the brown sugar buns taste better than It tastes even better if you eat the original skin.
I really don’t like sauerkraut buns. I think sauerkraut with texture is more delicious. This one tastes flat. I took one bite and gave it all to my friends🤣
