Although it’s a one-person operation, the serving speed isn’t slow.
We visited during a holiday lunch, and there was only our table.
This time, three of us dined and ordered 11 dishes.

Steamed jasmine rice is $20 per person for unlimited refills.
Volcano ribs $520 (the portion looks quite large; it tastes very satisfying with the sauce in the bowl, not too spicy, slightly sour, and the meat is tender).
Laab pork $190 (different from the usual; made with laab leaves, not Thai basil. It has a unique taste, quite good with rice, not bad).
Shrimp paste cabbage $170 (the shrimp paste flavor is relatively strong).
Cashew chicken strips $170 (tastes sweet, cashews are crunchy, and the chicken is tender).
Shrimp omelet $200 (fried shrimp balls and a fried egg served with onions, pineapple, and a sweet and sour sauce, rich texture).
Thai fried fish fillet $210 (one bite in and the crispy skin gives way to soft fish, paired with a sweet sauce).
Tom Yum Goong (classic Thai sour and spicy shrimp soup) $280 (very powerful flavor, slightly spicy, makes you want to keep drinking).
Moon shrimp cake $190 (looks like homemade shrimp cakes, quite crispy; personally, I think the texture is average).

Overall, it’s pretty good. I will visit again next time to try other dishes.
