I have to complain that the serving time is really long. The two main dishes we ordered, the potato stew took about 20 to 30 minutes to be served, and the black vinegar Tangyang chicken took even longer, 40 minutes to be served😅If you think about it carefully, maybe It has something to do with the fact that the iron plate is broken, resulting in insufficient food delivery...
Fortunately, we didn’t have to wait in vain when the meal arrived. The stewed potato stew was very delicious. The miso, soy sauce and sugar were well balanced and blended into the ingredients.
Tangyang Chicken Braised with Colorful Vegetables in Black Vinegar Sauce. There are many pieces of Tangyang Chicken. There are rich and beautiful wild vegetables on the side, including onions, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, bell peppers, tomatoes, pumpkins, corns, etc., served together in a black cast iron pot and wrapped in black. Stir-fried in vinegar sauce, with a charming wok aroma, which is layered with the fat aroma of the crispy skin of Tangyang chicken, the caramel aroma after stir-frying in black vinegar sauce, and the slightly sour flavor of fruit. It is really full of color, aroma and fragrance. Among the black vinegar set meals I have eaten in Taiwan, joyfull’s black vinegar Tangyang chicken is definitely among the best. (However, after browsing the Google reviews, I found that someone was not very satisfied after ordering this dish, so I might be wiser)
The side dishes of shredded burdock and miso soup are average, and the beverage bar has more than 12 different kinds of drinks, which is good. I will go to other branches next time!
