This Saturday after shopping at the Linkou Mitsui Outlet, I went to the second floor to eat "DimDimSum"! 🤓
The dinner rush was really busy, so I just followed the crowd to queue up.
But surprisingly, it didn't take long – I got in in about 30 minutes. 🥹

Coincidentally, as an Ocard member, I had some points for DimDimSum, so I redeemed them for the "Tortoise and Hare Bun"!

1. Tortoise and Hare Bun
   It looks super cute! The bun is hot and feels delicious.
   The tortoise has red bean filling, and the rabbit has custard filling.
   Both taste pretty good – not too sweet or heavy.
   However, if I had to pay for dessert myself, I'd still go for the pineapple bun. 🤤

2. Chive and Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll
   The rice noodle roll was thicker than I expected.
   I remember the rice noodle rolls from another branch being better. 😂
   I found today’s dish just okay…

3. Pan-fried Radish Cake
   You can actually taste the white radish! So delicious! 😋
   There’s a prominent shrimp flavor as well.
   I think the skin is slightly crispy, and the inside is fluffy. 👍🏻

4. Golden Silk Dragon Beard Shrimp
   Just eating one of these makes you feel really full! 🤣
   It has a nice flavor, but I think it’s better to share!
   One per person is about right.

5. Scallion Oil Chicken Chop with Noodles
   This dish is also very tasty!
   The scallion oil flavor is very aromatic, and the chicken is quite satisfying. 😌
   A must-order!

6. Seafood Puff Steamed Egg
   This dish took a while to come out…
   I think it’s not necessary to order this one because the previous dishes for two people were already filling enough. 🤣
   Plus, after eating so many rich-flavored dishes, this steamed egg was relatively light…
   It didn’t feel particularly impressive. 🤣

Overall, I think if you crave Hong Kong-style food after a long time, DimDimSum is alright!
