The cake's texture and flavor are both very good, with an impressive rose fragrance and the texture of the top jelly. However, it is a bit sweeter than those in Taiwan.
The front desk staff need to receive additional training, as their attitude is poor and they are unfriendly towards customers who are not proficient in English, which affects the overall impression.
In many places in the United States, there is Lady M, and of course, people in Taiwan are also familiar with this brand's cakes. However, I feel like cakes in the U.S. tend to be particularly sweet. This was for Mother's Day, so we ordered a large cake 🍰. Although it was still very delicate and tasted great, with the fragrance of roses 🌹 and the texture of the jelly on top, it really did feel sweeter than the ones in Taiwan… On another note, the staff at this branch definitely needs to improve their customer service training. Not only was the cashier's expression like everyone owed her money, but she also showed clear discrimination against elderly Chinese gentlemen with poor English, which left a very negative impression!
