I really love this noodle shop 🥹 and it’s very popular. Even on regular days, it’s fully seated as soon as it opens, so a small downside is that you might have to wait if there are many people, and you might have to share a table if you’re alone.

Although the menu doesn't have many items, every name sounds super appetizing... it feels like they are all carefully developed! I came this time specifically for the century egg noodles that I've wanted to eat for a long time, but then I saw the truffle crab roe mixed noodles… hesitated for a moment and then found out that it needs to be reserved, so I’ll leave that for next time 🪄.

I ordered a serving of noodles and two small dishes for myself, and I can only say the restaurant is very generous; the portions were so filling that I felt really stuffed... The small dishes are great for sharing, eating alone really is a bit too much.

✐ Spicy Meat Sauce Century Egg Noodles $110
· A bowl contains two century eggs, and when you cut them open with chopsticks, the yolk actually oozes out 🤩.
They added a lot of peanut powder, but it doesn’t overpower the other flavors; it just adds another layer.
The noodles are on the thicker side and have great texture, cooked just right, and the thick sauce clings to the noodles, making it very enjoyable to eat.

✐ Small Dishes $50 each / $90 for two
· I chose the smoked tofu skin and boneless chicken feet. The tofu skin was literally as described, with a rich smoky flavor, tender texture but layered. It’s delicious both on its own and paired with noodles.
The chicken feet are full of garlic flavor and have a nice chewy texture; as someone who loves garlic, I just fell in love with it after one bite. Plus, you don’t have to deal with bones… ❤️
