The beef noodle shop hidden in a residential area was discovered after seeing recommendations online. The place isn't large, but the small decorations and wooden tables and chairs create a cozy atmosphere. There’s a cute shop dog that often hangs out by the door; it's a pet-friendly restaurant.

Their menu is simple, featuring only two flavors of beef noodles: spicy and clear broth. You can choose between beef shank or beef ribs for the meat, and the noodles can be either knife-cut (thick) or regular noodles (thin). Each meal comes with two small side dishes, and you can choose between lightly sweetened honey black tea or unsweetened pouchong tea, along with a daily snack. The price for a set meal is 280, and they only accept cash.

Not sure about the spiciness of the spicy dish, they kindly offered us a sample to try first. We ended up ordering one spicy beef rib and one clear broth beef shank. Both types of meat were tender and not too greasy. Personally, I liked the spicy one; although it was a bit hot, the broth was rich and flavorful. If it's too spicy, they can help adjust the heat level. The radish in the broth was very tender. On the day we visited, there were three small side dishes that were quite refreshing. I chose the honey black tea, which was just the right amount of sweetness. For dessert, we had sesame pudding; I wasn't particularly fond of sesame, but it turned out to be surprisingly rich and delicious.

The owner and the owner’s wife were both friendly and interacted well with the customers. They also showed concern for the diners' experience with the food. Even though there was only beef noodles to choose from, the set meal was quite filling and satisfying. I would definitely want to return if I crave beef noodles again.
