Crispy, juicy pan-fried dumplings are really amazing! The skin is crunchy, the filling is full, and there’s a lot of juice that squirts out, so you have to be careful when eating. The cabbage flavor is very fresh and sweet, while the Korean kimchi flavor is a bit stronger but also very tasty. You absolutely have to dip them in their special sauce, which is just perfect! The hot and sour soup is packed with large pieces of pig's blood, very sour and spicy, and full of flavor. The marinated dishes are just okay; the pig's blood cake is too soft and mushy, and the seasoning is just average.
