❤️ At the Xingren Night Market in Shulin, the highlight is the grilled fish (Zhui Zi White Jade Grilled Fish), though it has received a ton of negative reviews on Google. This time, I came for the burgers next door and only ordered a white ribbonfish roll to try the flavor. Overall rating: 🌕🌕🌗🌑🌑 (I hope Android will soon allow for half-star ratings, ahhh!)

🚗 This is the Shulin Xingren Garden Night Market, and motorcycle parking is free (there are a ton of spots that can accommodate hundreds of bikes). Parking for cars costs 100 TWD per visit, but I suggest looking for temporary parking at nearby Sanduo Junior High School (there are plenty of spots, and it's 20 TWD per hour until 8 PM), which can save you some parking fees to enjoy more food.

💬 Seeing this shop with only one star on Google, I decided to set the record straight. We ordered the Typhoon Shelter White Ribbonfish Roll, and I personally think that aside from being a bit pricey, the flavor of the dish is decent. However, I do recall that the grilled fish had some fish scales...(I wonder if anyone dares to try this???) I might need to come back next time to try the grilled fish again (unsuccessful defense). Also, the service attitude of the staff was rather casual, so those who value customer service may find it a bit disappointing.
