Have lunch with colleagues at noon
Wandering around not knowing what to eat
So I chose Juan Tofu which is very popular in my family~
The Libao store is located in the restaurant area on the first floor of Area B
Opposite to Shishixiang and Wacheng
On weekdays, only one side of the dining area will be open during lunch time
It’s almost fully booked during holidays, so remember to make a reservation in advance🙋

⚠️General things to note⚠️:

1. There is an unlimited supply of side dishes in the store, and the store staff will take the initiative to come over and ask.
2. There is a low-cost discount of $298 in the store
   If you share the pot, you can add some other things to reach 298.
3. There will be dessert after the meal - beancurd
   (It used to be yuzu sauce flavor, but now it is soybean powder and peanut flavor)

👌🏻General experience👌🏻:

1. When I was eating side dishes that day - sweet or not spicy, I accidentally got them on my skirt.
   The clerk looked at me at first...(embarrassed)
   Just as I was taking toilet paper and wiping it slowly
   He silently went around the counter and took a pack of small wet wipes for me to wipe.
   Super touched 🥲 Although the clerk looked stinky, he was still very considerate. Bonus points! 😀
2. The clerk at Libao store will always ask if you want to replenish the side dishes.
   No one at Beiyu Station will pay attention to you (laughing)🤣🤣

🍴Dining experience🍴:

1. Kimchi soft tofu pot $328 (dumplings, spicy)🌶️🥟
   The must-order tofu stew every time I eat Juan tofu must be kimchi!
   An egg will be given to you when served
   Stir in the tofu while the pot is still hot.
   For meat, you can order beef, pig, and dumplings
   I personally think dumplings are more memorable.
   Leek flavor, 5 pieces, the skin will not be cooked to pieces
   The whole thing goes very well with the accompanying purple rice stone pot rice.

Of course, the purple rice stone pot rice can be mixed into the side dishes on the table.
It becomes the authentic Korean stone pot bibimbap. If you want to eat crispy rice, you can keep it longer. The edges will be full of crispy rice!
Conclusion: 🌟5/5, the tofu is very tender and the kimchi flavor is strong👍🏻
