The restaurant's bucket chicken skin is roasted very well, and the chicken meat is tender and smooth, complemented by the flavor of pepper salt. The other stir-fried dishes are average; the spicy peeled chili chicken is slightly spicy, the squid balls are a bit expensive, but the cuttlefish is delicious. Overall, the dishes are not hard to eat but also not particularly outstanding.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, suitable for gatherings. It gets crowded on weekends, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance. The staff provides professional service and can assist with cutting the chicken and plating.
The service staff are professional and friendly, able to assist in portioning the chicken and plating it, making the dining experience enjoyable.

When in Yilan, how can one not try the bucket chicken? There are actually many options available, and this place was recommended by a friend who said it started as a food truck and has now grown into a large establishment. That day, we split into two tables with friends, and below is what we ordered at our table.
▪️ Beef with Three-Star Scallions $260
▪️ Shrimp and Scrambled Eggs $220
▪️ Stir-fried Sea Gourd $260
▪️ Spicy Chicken Soup with Green Chili $420
▪️ Stir-fried Water Lily with Tree Seeds $160
▪️ Sugarcane-flavored Chicken Oil Noodles $150
▪️ Deep-fried Squid Balls $220
▪️ Black Bean Catfish $220
▪️ Typhoon Shelter Squid $350
▪️ Golden Kimchi $90
▪️ White Rice $15/bowl
▪️ Daren Brother’s Sugarcane-flavored Crispy Bucket Chicken $700/each
(Three chickens split between the two tables totaling $1050)
The chicken arrives at the table whole. You can ask the staff to help portion it, and they do it quite professionally, even arranging it nicely on the plate (not sure if we just encountered a very kind lady). The color seems darker than the usual chicken; it’s not very large and quite tender. The flavor is not very strong on its own, but the dipping sauce and pepper salt are quite good (the pepper salt is delicious, haha).
The other stir-fried dishes were served quickly. In terms of flavor, I think they were fairly standard, but the spicy chicken is a bit spicy, and some dishes felt a bit pricey, like the squid balls which are five pieces for $220... The squid is tasty.
Overall, although I don't eat at places like this often, this one is decent. It’s not hard to eat but I wouldn’t particularly want to return. The chicken’s flavor isn't very special, but the skin is roasted really well. The total cost for our shared table seemed a bit more expensive than what I’ve had before, and the crowd on holidays is considerable. I recommend making a reservation first.
The meal price given by the travel agency is 440/person
The chicken at this restaurant is probably my favorite among the ones I’ve eaten at in Yilan.
When I was dialing it, the aroma kept rushing into my nose, and I was so hungry
The chicken legs are tender, the chicken breasts are not dry, and the skin is just right
Really, very happy, very happy!
The only drawback is that the size of the chicken is too small, maybe it shrank after being roasted^^
My boyfriend and I should be able to eat it together, hahaha
In addition to roasted chicken, it is recommended to try their sirloin pork
Small scallops are added to the sirloin meat, which gives it a little more texture
The soup has pepper added, which adds aroma and slightly spicy taste.
I’ve been eating Xilu meat all the time these days, and this one is the best!
Other dishes are okay but nothing memorable
But the main character is a chicken, and I think the chicken is delicious.
Oh, by the way, this time we are eating at a table of 10 people.
The portions of some dishes may not be enough for 10 people.
(For example, that chicken^^, stuffed bamboo shoots, etc.)
Maybe it’s more suitable for 6 people~
