I ate at Zhongshan Station’s main store a long time ago and had a good impression. However, we often have to queue up and there are fewer people at the Bei Che branch, so I came to try it this time~

The CNR branch actually has a lot of seats, but the staff will help arrange seats according to the number of diners. Even if there are other empty tables, you may still need to share a table with other guests. For example, I came to dine alone today and was asked to share a table with a couple. We sit together, but the seats are a bit narrow, so you have to stand up all the time to let the people inside out, which is not very convenient.

Chongqing hot and sour noodles $100
When it was served, I felt that the noodles were lukewarm and not hot enough, so I deducted points for this. The soup was sour enough, but not spicy at all. If you want spicy food, I recommend ordering it to be mild or even medium spicy. The soup is quite delicious. It won’t make people feel heavy on the body after drinking it.
There are very few peanuts, dried meat, and pickles on the noodles, which makes it taste a bit empty.
Because the whole bowl is mainly noodles, bean sprouts and the garnishing ingredients mentioned above, I am only about 8 minutes full after finishing it. It tastes good, but I personally think $100 is a bit expensive.

Drinks are free and you can drink as much as you want. Today there is sweet black tea and sugar-free green tea. Desserts are also available for free, but I can’t tell what they are. It’s a bit like sugar water. It seems to be available after 4pm. I personally think it’s OK to eat it. eat

Although the price is a bit expensive, the food is delicious, but it may be more suitable for sharing with many people than eating by one person. I strongly recommend that more people eat, and you can order some dishes to share, such as seeing the table next door The red oil noodles, saliva chicken, spicy and sour potato shreds, and tender meat with pickled peppers all look so delicious. I will ask friends to eat them next time!
