The taste is good. The dry noodles are classic oil noodles with bean sprouts and dried meat on top. Added some shark smoke, slightly smoked and added some shredded ginger, and the three-color eggs were drizzled with too much mayonnaise, and the sweetness of the oil overshadowed the egg flavor.
