I've eaten here quite a few times, and I honestly don't recommend eating here during the Chinese New Year. Apart from the limited set menu, the chefs are generally in a hurry, but the waiters are still enthusiastic and dedicated. (Much more enthusiastic than BRIC)
The food is of a good standard but has no surprises. The two choices for appetizers are mullet roe or scallops and crab paste, both of which are boring. The soup and bread are served together. Because we have family members who don't eat dairy products, they specially cooked seafood soup for us. Otherwise, we would just choose thick soup. The soup is delicious and the bread is crispy and delicious. The most amazing thing among them is the small dot of fruit yogurt in the middle. The yogurt has no added sugar and is full of milky flavor. It goes great with fruit👍
The main meal comes with salted kelp which is special, but after trying it with lamb chops, I thought it was okay, and it didn’t add any extra points in terms of flavor. I saw the chef added Maggi fresh soy sauce to the fried rice, and it was really fragrant when fried with the high temperature of the Teppanyaki! The grains are distinct but still soft and not dry (not a crispy rice crust)
