The grilled rice cake has been popular for a while; I wanted to buy it several times before but was told to make a reservation. Starting in August, I found that many stores have it in stock! After a bit of searching, I finally managed to get it.

▪️Crispy Grilled Rice Cake $110 / 5 pieces
I had previously tried the ones from 85°C and actually liked them, but they felt a bit too greasy (4 pieces for $69). After trying this brand, I liked it even more!! The filling in the rice cake feels fuller, the more you chew, the more glutinous rice aroma you get. The crust is thick and crispy, and it's less greasy. If you can't finish it, you need to freeze it and then reheat it (let it cool after baking for the crust to be crispy).

▪️Sha Qima $20
I simply wanted to buy a small snack. It's really delicious, not too sweet, and there's no oily taste. Some have a slight oil flavor, but the best part is that there are no raisins, which my family doesn't like. The price is reasonable and quite good.

Overall, compared to the grilled rice cakes from 85°C, I prefer this brand! I buy less randomly from bakeries now, but there are many cookies and cakes that look good too. The grilled rice cakes are amazing, and I will definitely repurchase! 😋

I stumbled into a bakery to celebrate a friend's birthday.
"Snow Dance Cake" has a dense texture.
There are some micro-fruit combinations on it.
The main body is made of pudding + peach + cream
I don’t think it’s too sweet and it’s quite smooth.

I also bought their bread for breakfast.
Danish crispy pineapple
The fluffy texture combined with the sweetness of pineapple is not too greasy.
A cup of soy milk is just right for breakfast!

Next time I have a chance to pass by, I will go in and buy their bread.
