Japanese-style fried noodles have an excellent texture, topped with bonito flakes and salad dressing, giving it a flavor reminiscent of takoyaki, and accompanied by a surprisingly soft-boiled egg. The traditional taste of the black tea is neither sweet nor greasy, with a pleasant aroma.
I happened to discover a new breakfast place while passing by. This time I ordered Japanese fried noodles, and the taste was actually quite good. It was topped with bonito flakes and salad dressing, giving it a feeling similar to eating takoyaki. The noodles at the bottom were stir-fried with a sauce that made them savory and slightly sweet, which was quite appetizing. The soft-boiled egg on top was amazing! I also ordered a cup of black tea, which had a traditional flavor—not too sweet but with a hint of malt. Highly recommended!
