The sales started at around 3pm, and every night after 9pm, the stalls were almost sold out. In the past, you could collect points and exchange them for vegetables, but now you can’t.
There are many choices of fresh ingredients, including preserved eggs and magical egg yolks (the boss said they are unfertilized eggs??)
The onions and scallions are generous and not merciless.
The flavors include general pepper, spicy, and Thai hot and sour. I still like the general salt water chicken flavor the best. I'm really okay with Thai.
