This time, we ordered cold noodles and squid soup. The sesame sauce for the cold noodles was a bit thin, making it difficult to adhere well to the noodles. The broth of the squid soup was refreshing, and the generous ingredients like squid and bamboo shoots provided a rich texture, which was a highlight of the meal. Overall, it was decent, but in the culinary crowd of Zhonglun Market, it isn't particularly standout. If they can enhance the flavor of the sauces in the future, it would be more appealing.
