In addition to pan-fried dumplings, there are various types of vegetable egg pancakes, and they use a flour batter for the pancakes. I will definitely want to try it next time I'm near!

🥟 Cabbage Pan-Fried Dumplings ($45) for a portion of six:
The main ingredient is carefully selected, using sweet high mountain cabbage.

This time I took it to go, and even after a while, I could still feel the crispy texture of the dumpling skin.

What surprised me most was the filling; in addition to cabbage, there was also carrot.
The texture of the cabbage was crunchy, and you could really taste the rich sweetness of the cabbage, which tasted quite different from regular cabbage.
