Lamb noodles were a first-time experience for me. It seems there are several branches, and the environment is comfortable and clean. The location is right across from Fort San Domingo in Tamsui, which is quite convenient; there are parking lots both in front and behind. However, the prices vary quite a bit, so it's advisable to check ahead if you're driving.

I've heard that the lamb shanks are highly recommended, but I didn't order them. The lamb chops are somewhat similar to the meat in lamb hot pot. You can choose the softness or hardness of the noodles and you can also add extra noodles. The braised soup base is quite delicious as well.
