<Spring Season Tea> is a light blue-themed beverage shop located on Xilu Road in Banqiao. The overall vibe is very artsy and chic. As I walked by and saw their emphasis on spring tea, I wanted to give it a try~

On this particular day, there was a buy one get one free promotion for their private tea series and fruit-infused tea series, so my friend and I each got a cup.

Um... this drink did not suit my friend and me at all; we really thought it tasted bad. The tea had a strong astringent taste. Although unsweetened tea can be slightly astringent, this one was... bitter to the point where it didn’t matter if you added sugar or not 🫠

Usually, spring tea is supposed to have a lighter and refreshing taste, but this Honey Aroma Spring Oolong was quite astringent, and there was no hint of the honey fragrance that the staff mentioned. The aftertaste also had a kind of musty flavor...

I really couldn’t accept the taste, so in the end... I didn’t drink it.
It’s possible that I just ordered the wrong item, but my initial experience wasn't great, so I probably won’t be purchasing it again.
