This restaurant focuses on beef tongue and beef set meals. The beef tongue is chewy, flavorful, and delicious, while the broth melts in your mouth; overall, the taste is quite good. However, the value for money is a bit low, as the portion of beef tongue is not very large.
The service is simple, and the staff provides little introduction. Meals need to be picked up by yourself, and the service fee can be left to your discretion.
This is a large cafeteria with several different restaurants, but I noticed that this beef tongue place seems to be the busiest among them. Their set meals are all related to beef tongue and beef, so if you don't eat beef, you might want to pass! As for those who like beef tongue and happen to be here, I think you should give it a try👀.
The staff here don't provide much in terms of introduction; it's just simple service for taking orders. After the meals are ready, you also have to come and pick them up yourself, so I personally think that the service charge can be considered just that. As for the meal, I ordered...
❤️ A small beef tongue set meal.
Actually, I find the portion a bit monotonous; it consists of beef tongue, white rice, and a bowl of soup. The soup contains two small pieces of beef that have been cooked to the point of melting in your mouth – very tender! The beef tongue itself is also very chewy and flavorful, really delicious and well-seasoned. I highly recommend the beef tongue, though the cost-effectiveness is slightly lower; beef tongue is expensive as it is, but in the U.S. it’s even pricier, nearly over a thousand dollars for just a few thin slices! Compared to Japan, it’s truly not worth it. However, if you can't go to Japan in the short term, this is just to satisfy a craving!
Overall, I think everything is fine, but I hope there could be more beef tongue. If you don’t mind the price, you can definitely give it a try!
