The overall dishes are delicious, with a rich variety of vegetables. The sun-dried mixed noodles paired with satay sauce and crispy garlic are especially tasty. However, the saltiness of the chicken may be a bit overwhelming for some, and personal tastes may vary.

Smooth Chicken Hotpot + Hong Kong-style Broth $380
The vegetable platter is quite abundant, highly recommend adding sun-dried noodles with satay sauce and crispy garlic, it's super delicious 😍
The chicken is unique, sliced rather than the usual chicken thigh chunks. It doesn’t look like much, but after cooking, it surprisingly fills a large plate. However, I think there’s a strange salty flavor 🥲 I’m not sure if it’s marinated or if it's just how the meat tastes. My friend said he really liked it, but I didn’t love it.
Braised Duck Blood $60
Generally tasty duck blood, quite a few pieces.
Century Egg and Cilantro Soup (Broth) $45
Comes with a few sprigs of cilantro and a whole century egg; my friend said it was good.
I made plans with my friend to eat hotpot at 101! Overall, it was tasty, but I really didn't like the flavor of the chicken, so I gave it a lower score. If I come back to try other main dishes, I might edit my review.
