The chicken steak has a crispy outer layer and tender meat inside. The freshly fried outer coating is usually crispy and delicious, and the chicken is seasoned with traditional Chinese herbs from the shop. The chicken inside is juicy and tender, especially when the juices are well retained, which gives it a rich meaty aroma and a rich oily texture. However, it’s a bit small for NT65, so I guess the value should be considered decent.

It feels like a family business. There was an aunt helping us at the counter; when we asked about the fried food that wasn’t on the counter, she told us it would take a few minutes to prepare and suggested we browse other stalls first.

<On-site environment> The stall is quite small, so I didn't see if their work area was clean. But at least I noticed no mosquitoes flying around the counter, and there were no strange odors.
