The cream wheel cake flavor isn't too sweet, but it lacks a crispy texture. Overall, it is similar to a regular wheel cake, but the price is slightly higher.
The underground food court located at the city government transfer station is overall clean, but there are limited seats during peak dining hours.
The boss lady seems friendly, but possibly due to fatigue, her service appears to be a bit forced.

I ordered the cream wheel cake, and my friend had the Oreo-flavored wheel cake, but since I didn't try hers, my rating and review are based on the cream one!
The cream itself isn't too overly sweet and can go down easily without needing tea. The cake skin is quite thin, but it feels moist (as in the Taiwanese term), lacking that crispy texture, which I find a bit disappointing.
Overall, there isn't much uniqueness; it's similar to regular wheel cakes. For 30 NT each, I think it's a bit overpriced.

The owner seemed nice, but maybe she was too tired that day, giving a somewhat forced impression; it must have been hard on her.

Located in the underground food street of the City Hall transfer station, the cleanliness is pretty decent, but during meal times, it's very crowded, making it hard to find a place to sit.
In terms of transportation, it's quite convenient, with buses, the MRT, and long-distance coaches nearby. Transportation is basically not an issue, so it's a good location.🤣
