The broth offered by this Taiwanese ramen shop can be chosen for its saltiness; although it is not as rich as Japanese ramen, it is quite good for this price point. I highly recommend their peeled chili peppers, which are sweet with a spicy kick but not overwhelmingly salty.
Passing by a newly opened store
I want to show some support
It's a rare Taiwanese ramen shop that allows soup refills
Most places just offer extra noodles
I usually prefer to eat Japanese ramen on weekdays
Because Taiwanese broth is often too light
This place allows you to choose the saltiness, but even the salty option isn’t as strong as Japanese broth
However, for this price point, there’s not much to criticize
Also, their peeled chili peppers are quite delicious
A bit spicy, yet sweet
Not overly salty
