Exotic flavors on the countryside paths of Yamanashi! Healthy set meals crafted from fresh local ingredients.

During a deep travel journey in the countryside, a local introduced us to this cozy little shop. The charming wooden building, a renovated old house, is absolutely adorable! The restaurant only accommodates up to four people per group, and they don't allow separate seating either 😂 It's quite unique.

This place is located in the beautiful Yatsugatake area, where the ingredients are exceptionally delicious. The restaurant uses local produce and changes the menu every one to two weeks, all dishes are developed by the owner.

It's not a traditional set meal, but rather creative dishes that blend various international styles. This time, we had the "Exotic Style Dish Platter" and the Egyptian dish "Koshari." While we haven't tried the authentic versions, the spices are perfectly balanced—exotic flavors that are not too overwhelming, making it very pleasant to eat with a healthy feel to the seasoning.

Not far from here, there are some local cafes and bakeries that are amazing, almost like hidden culinary gems! I highly recommend everyone to come and try it out!
