This is the second time to eat in Fengcheng. I ordered beef fried rice. The rice was extra large because I didn’t have lunch and was very hungry.
The fried rice is quite delicious, with a rich aroma and taste, not too salty. I think it's the front to top mark in fried rice. 9/10
The beef is cooked soft and tender, not like some shredded pork fried rice, where the meat keeps chewing. The quantity is quite large. 8/10
There are peas in the rice. If you don't like it, please avoid it.
Tea is ok. A little cold.

The dining environment is basically a large round table in the store, so you can sit at the same table as others. The hygiene is that of an average Taiwanese barbecue restaurant, so it is not suitable for people with mysophobia.

台大隔壁的新生南路側雖然沒有羅斯福路公館側熱鬧,但也有著不少好店,因為人行道相對寬廣,吃飯時的閒適程度也比公館側好上不少。 鳳城燒臘在台大旁邊已經有約40年的歷史,是許多台大人的共同回憶。 今天點選了招牌三寶飯、自選雙拼飯跟一份港式老火煲湯,合計310元。 招牌三寶已經有一種制式化的默契組合,也就是叉燒、油雞與燒鴨。 鳳城的醬汁比起其他燒臘店家在口感上更加甜一些,倒是不一定符合每個人的胃口。 叉燒個人覺得平平,油雞的軟嫩與精心調製的醬汁搭配相當合適,燒鴨那獨特的鴨油跟偏甜的醬汁的組合也驚人的好,更不用說那香氣絕佳又酥脆的鴨皮了。 自選雙拼飯顧名思義,叉燒已經提過,那就討論一下燒肉的脆皮,跟鴨皮的鴨油香不同,而燒肉的脆爽是完全不同的口感,我個人是比較喜歡切的粗獷一些的厚切燒肉,但鳳城這種細緻的切盤也並沒有不好。 港式老火煲湯似乎內容會定期更換,今天是月亮骨與佛手瓜,跟南北杏一同熬煮。 豬月亮骨,是豬的前腿軟骨,軟骨帶肉相當Q彈,是相當稀有的豬肉部位,佛手瓜則是市面上常見的龍鬚菜的果實,這真的很少人知道。 在加入南北杏一同煲湯後,一道濃郁又清爽的湯品就這樣完成了。 店家提供熱茶自由取用,在吃飽後如果感到油膩,再來杯清爽的奉茶,就完整了這一餐。 整體來說,這是台大附近相當值得造訪的餐廳,歷史悠久,風味絕佳。 雖然店家會因為客人太多偶有狀況,或者說店內以大圓桌為主要餐桌,大部分時候無法避免的要跟陌生人同桌共食... 但依然值得前來好好用餐。 推薦給大家。
