This time I visited a burger shop located in a small alley within the Shida Night Market. The shop space is actually quite small, but surprisingly there are quite a few customers. Every time I pass by, I see a decent number of patrons inside, and sometimes there are people lining up outside.

I have always been curious about this burger shop, so I finally had the chance to come here and try it out.

When I arrived at the shop, it was also packed inside, so I had to register for a waiting list. I waited for about 20 minutes before it was my turn to be seated. There are actually quite a few snacks nearby, so while waiting, everyone can stroll around the area.

Since it is a burger shop, burgers are the main focus. Additionally, the drinks are bottomless! Although there is just a standard soft drink machine, having a burger shop with all-you-can-drink beverages in Shida Night Market is still quite refreshing!

The burger menu is also quite diverse, categorized by the type of meat. Each type of meat has a detailed classification of burgers, featuring various specialty burgers listed on the menu. When ordering, you can carefully consider what ingredients and sauces you want in your burger.

Moreover, every burger meal comes with fries, so the portion size for a meal is quite generous, ensuring you feel satisfied after eating!

I think this shop is very suitable for nearby students or residents since its prices are incredibly cheap, making it ideal for the student demographic! Plus, the portion sizes are really decent!

I personally find it to be quite a good deal, perfect for local residents or student groups. It's no wonder that during dinner time, there are indeed a lot of students dining here!

👉 Old Mexican Spicy Beef Burger $230
As someone who often travels to Mexico, I can't resist ordering anything with a Mexican label, so I opted for a beef burger with Old Mexican spicy sauce. So, what exactly is Old Mexican sauce?

From the menu, it shows it includes spicy meat sauce and Mexican chili, which seems perfect for me!

Overall, I think this burger can be considered above average. The key elements are some of its meat sauces and chilies, which aren't overly strong in flavor. Additionally, the overall ingredients in the burger are quite abundant, including cheese and sauce that are substantial. While the beef itself is somewhat ordinary, considering the price, it's quite high in value!

Basically, this is much better than fast food burgers outside, and with the whole burger meal including fries, overall it’s definitely filling!

I think this burger is pretty tasty, but I've heard that their signature is the Taiwan Tornado Beef Burger, which I might try next time!

The fries that came with the meal are pretty basic in flavor, and of course, there are condiments like ketchup available on the side. You can enjoy these with either the burger or fries.

However, I personally feel that the burger itself already has a strong and unique flavor, so unless needed, I think no additional seasoning is necessary!

⭐️ Atmosphere Section
The shop is really quite small. Inside, there’s space for only about three or four groups of customers at a time. It’s no wonder that during peak dining hours, there is a bit of a wait to get seated. However, despite the small space, the overall decor is quite atmospheric, capturing a very American Western style, making the dining experience pleasant.

Due to the limited space, there are designated seating areas and a bar area, with about three to four tables for seating. The bar area is in front of the kitchen, featuring four to five rocking zones, depending on where there are available seats!

⭐️ Service Section
This shop doesn’t really provide any particularly special or inadequate service. The service is quite basic, delivering the menu for ordering and bringing the burger once it's ready. They mainly deal in cash, so it's best to prepare cash for ordering and dining in advance!

⭐️ Price Section
This burger meal costs less than $300, which I find very affordable in today’s dining scene, especially as it includes not only the burger but also plenty of fries to share. I feel the burger's ingredients are genuinely substantial, and the burger itself is quite large!

Therefore, I think it’s an excellent value for the local student demographic, offering high calories and high nutritional value! 😂😂😂

⭐️ In Conclusion
I think this shop is a very high-value regional burger place. The burger itself is decent; while it might not be extraordinary, it’s a pretty acceptable option from a local seller.
