SOMISOMI

This ice cream 🍦 shop actually has many branches, so I have shared about it before. This is my first time coming to this branch! I also ordered a different ice cream to try! Unlike last time, I also ordered grilled fish 🐟. Although it's available in Taiwan, it's less common abroad... so I wanted to experience whether it has a different flavor 👅.

Personally, I think the ice cream, while delicious, is still on the sweeter side. As for the fish, it was pretty good... crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! It’s the kind I really like. I also took home two fish filled with red bean 🫘. I think the red bean filling is also on the sweeter side. However, girls do have those moments every month when they crave sweets 🍰. So when I’m in the mood for something sweet, I can actually tolerate this level of sweetness. I think it’s actually much better compared to that frosted cake in the U.S.

This ice cream is loved by kids in America. However, I usually only come to buy it when I’m really tired and craving something sweet. This ice cream shop is easy to find for those visiting California, so if you're interested, you can give it a try!
