It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at a traditional Taiwanese breakfast restaurant. This “Wang’s Burger Restaurant” is located near Zhongshan Station, only a 2-minute walk from Exit 2. However, because it is located in a hidden alley, if you didn’t go here specifically by looking at Google Maps, It’s usually quite difficult to “pass by”
The store is small, and most of the customers are takeout, so we can leisurely enjoy breakfast here without anyone else.
p.s. The boss is probably a fan of Zhou Xingzhe. We stayed here for about 30 minutes and all the songs were played by Zhou Xingzhe.
Original egg pancake $30
The price is neither expensive nor cheap. The egg pancakes don’t look very good because a lot of soy sauce has been poured on them, so they look wet and soft (actually, the egg pancakes I ate were soy sauce pie, but the boss just poured them on me. Way 😂)
But it tastes okay and the seasoning is pretty good. The egg pancakes here have a QQ texture. If you like crispy pancakes, you can skip it.
Hot dogs $25
The hot dog is quite ordinary. It should be fried, so it doesn't taste very crispy, but it's hard not to taste something like a hot dog, so even though it's ordinary, I will still order it next time.
Cheesecake $45
In addition to cheese crust, toast, and cheese, there are also shredded lettuce, cucumbers, and some tomato sauce. It is rich and nutritious, but I actually prefer the simplest cheese toast with cheese crust. Ha ha
Large milk tea $30
It just tastes like the big ice milk in a breakfast shop. It’s quite a big cup. I can only say that there’s nothing to be picky about.
Overall, it just tastes like a traditional Taiwanese breakfast restaurant, nothing amazing, but I still eat here occasionally if I live nearby~
