The flavor is personally felt to be more Taiwanese. The chicken broth isn't the kind of rich, deeply flavored soup that you find in Japanese ramen shops that simmer for a long time. Overall, the broth is just average, and the noodles are of medium thickness, which I find to have a decent chewiness.
However, the dining environment is quite nice, and there's a set meal for an additional 60 yuan. The set meal includes a surprisingly fresh sesame dragon beard cold dish, and the drink is also a decent size. I ordered the sakura roasted tea, which even has a tea bag inside, and it's pretty refreshing. I think the set meal adds good value.
It's quite suitable for a weekday lunch if you want to try something different.
