This shop has always been quite low-profile, rarely engaging in marketing or advertising. Its background involves preparing Chinese-style dishes and banquet meals. The second generation has transformed it into a casual dining format, where the main and side dishes are filled with the aroma of a rich banquet.
Bamboo-clipped fish set meal.
This is probably a limited-time offer as well. It is completely boneless, fresh, and has no fishy smell whatsoever. It is crispy without an oily feeling, and the doneness inside is just perfect. Three thick slices of fish, quite generous and very satisfying.
Salty pork set meal.
This is considered one of the restaurant's popular signature dishes, using Matsusaka pork cuts, slightly marinated, with a strong garlic aroma. Grilled to a crispy outside and tender inside, you can really taste the chef's skill. It’s not quite just salty pork, but rather grilled Matsusaka pork.
The small dishes change every time, depending on the day, but there will definitely be steamed eggs and a bowl of soup. This time, the small dishes included stir-fried cabbage and braised spare ribs. The flavors are really good, very typically Chinese, with a moderate seasoning that meets modern dietary needs.
After a hearty meal, feeling content in both body and mind, it's time to clock out!
