A restaurant cultivated by a hand-picked mom! I’ve heard that the chefs in Tainan are quite skilled, so knowing that the owner of this place started her journey under such a background, my expectations were particularly high!
Sure enough, after just one meal, I was hooked. Not to mention that every main dish was delicious, the owner is also very concerned about the balance of the set menu, ensuring that customers get a good mix of eggs, tofu, fish, and meat.
I can't choose a favorite dish, but I've recently fallen in love with bamboo fish. The reason is that I've really never found such plump and delicious fish dishes before; I always leave feeling very satisfied 😌. The classic panna cotta at the end makes for perfect closure – every time I go in starving, I come out with a full belly.
Recently, they have also introduced New Year’s dishes, and I've seen many hand-picked items; I hope to have the opportunity to try them and share with everyone~
