This time I bought a black sugar steamed bun.

When it comes to steamed buns, texture and flavor are the two most important aspects.

Overall, I think it performed quite well. The texture is dense; although it's not quite melt-in-your-mouth, it's close enough. 🤣

In terms of flavor, there is a faint black sugar taste. In the past, I couldn't find such a distinct flavor at other places, but this shop's black sugar steamed bun hits just the right note, allowing me to finish the bun in under five minutes. 👍👍

<About the staff 👨‍🍳>

The boss lady seems very cute. Although she doesn't talk much, it was quite adorable to see her get flustered after accidentally bumping into a nearby pen holder while checking out.

It is located by the roadside, and there are kindergartens and elementary schools nearby, so it gets crowded during school rush hours. If you want to avoid traffic issues, you might need to choose your visiting time carefully.
