Recommended Cold Dishes
▪︎ Fig Braised in White Wine: At first glance, you might mistake it for a chestnut, but it’s actually small figs! Because they are cooked in white wine, they are extremely soft and easy to eat, making it a very special appetizer.
▪︎ Colorful Octopus with Wasabi: This dish features whole baby octopuses! Very substantial!

Recommended Sashimi
▪︎ Salmon, Swordfish, Today's Sashimi (Mackerel), Sweet Shrimp, Bonito, Octopus—these can all be freshly sliced by the chef upon request!
▪︎ Hand Rolls are available in up to five flavors~ I had a fresh shrimp hand roll, which contained peanut bits and shredded cabbage.

Recommended Stir-Fried Dishes
▪︎ Japanese Chinese Style Stir-Fried Crab: I really like this dish; it contains both crab and shrimp! The crab shell is very soft, so you can bite into it and get the crab meat out easily~ It seems to be fried first before being stir-fried with sauce, making it very flavorful.

Chawanmushi & Tofu Pot Steamed Dishes
▪︎ Clam Chawanmushi: The mushroom flavor is very aromatic, and there are quite a few clams inside.
▪︎ Truffle Chawanmushi: The truffle flavor is subtle, but the egg is very tender!

Recommended Fried Dishes
▪︎ Tempura Shrimp: The fried shrimp has two different types of batter; there is also radish puree and sauce you can use!
▪︎ Fried Squid: The outer layer is made not with regular flour, giving it an extra crispy texture! A must-try~

Recommended Grilled Dishes
▪︎ Cream Cheese Baked Scallops: The cream is reminiscent of a creamy cabbage sauce~ topped with grilled cheese.
▪︎ Salt-Grilled Seasonal Fish Cheeks: The meat is very fatty and tender, and the fish bones are easy to separate!
▪︎ Japanese Grilled Salmon Rice Balls: Super popular grilled rice balls, containing flaky salmon inside. The rice balls are brushed with a layer of sweet soy sauce, and after grilling, they have a nice crispy texture—absolutely delicious!
▪︎ Sake-Marinated Chicken Wings: The grilled chicken wings are amazing; I highly recommend you get some! Grilled to perfection, they are not overcooked~

Recommended Main Course
▪︎ Sapporo Soup Curry: It's quite special to have soup curry, which is on the sweeter side, containing konjac, eggplant, tomato, and chicken meatballs.

Recommended Desserts
▪︎ Domyoji Sakura Mochi: This is a limited seasonal dessert; the outer layer is similar to mochi but has a stronger rice flavor, and it contains red bean paste inside.
▪︎ Wandan Red Bean Soup + Handmade Taro and Sweet Potato Balls: The red bean soup is delicious, with a mildly sweet taste. The red beans are distinct yet creamy! You must try this!!

Recommended Ice Cream
Their ice cream is homemade!
▪︎ Caramel Sea Salt Pearls: The caramel flavor in the ice cream is rich and aromatic! The pearls have a chewy texture, leaning more toward a mochi-like feel.

Recommended Beverages
There are many types you can order from the staff, and there's also self-serve options~
▪︎ Tipsy Berry: A sparkling cocktail with light alcohol, it feels very much like drinking a fizzy beverage!! It's a lady’s drink~ Highly recommended.
▪︎ Taiwanese Draft Beer, Red Wine, White Wine.

This is one of our favorite places to visit. The food is tasty and for children under 3 they give you a seaweed rice ball, steamed egg and drink for free, which our toddler enjoys. Service isn't super responsive and you should ring the service bell to get tea refills. But we love this place and come back often, highly recommend if you go to megacity mall and especially if you have kids under 3.

This place has a nice outdoor seating area in front and also in the back, especially nice when Vanderbilt Open Streets is running, as then the street is closed to cars and there are a lot of events like live bands, so the atmosphere is festive. The sushi here is fresh and tastes really good, very happy with the Ocean Lover roll which has salmon, tuna and avocado. The tonkatsu curry is also really delicious, especially the fried pork cutlet is really juicy and goes well with the curry sauce, and the rice is also fragrant. The curry has a nice kick as well. This is also a place we frequent quite a bit.
