The ramen in this ramen shop is mainly fish soup type. You can choose the original flavor which is saltier, but it is not very salty. The saltiness is similar to the stir-fried dishes you usually eat in other restaurants. So don’t be afraid that it will be too salty when you order it. Basically, Japanese food is a lot salty. As for the event where you can check in if you want to purchase additional shredded bamboo shoots, you will receive a plate directly. Drinks can also be purchased for an additional 10 yuan. You can refill the noodles after you finish them, but remember to save the soup. To be honest, the noodle soup here is as rich as standard chicken soup and as delicious as fish. The muscles are processed using a fat-reducing method, making them very soft and tender without being burnt at all, and have a light lemon fragrance. Not bad!
Remember to wipe the table after you finish your meal!
