If you like the purest taste of udon, we recommend the lowest-priced Fuyang udon. The noodle itself is really tasteless, and you can soak it in soy sauce and eat it as dipping noodles, or add tempura noodles from the buffet area to increase the taste.

The seasonal vegetable and pork udon is a good choice, but the cabbage and pork udon in the next picture is more recommended. In addition to having a better taste with cabbage, a sprinkle of shichimi powder adds more layers of flavor. The most important fried food in Marukata is freshly fried items. Heat is definitely the most important factor. Keeping the food warm for a long time will greatly reduce the taste of any fried food. The fried white fish is very good, the soft fish meat supplements the nutrients from the ocean; my favorite is the Japanese fried chicken with crispy fried coating, which is very delicious. I have tried fried vegetables many times, but in the end I thought they were all too oily. After all, vegetables absorb more oil than meat!

The fried shrimps are in perfect shape, but they always taste a little greasy. The fried squid is not bad, but the fried coating is too thick and thick, so it is difficult to fully enjoy the taste of the squid, leaving only the chewing texture.
