This well-known chicken white broth ramen shop near the dome often has long lines during meal times, so it's recommended to come early to be among the first.
The chicken white broth is rich and delicious, with a creamy texture similar to a latte. I personally really like the char siu here; even though it has a bit more fat, it is very tender and has a nice charred aroma, making it very enjoyable to bite into. The noodles are average but you can add more for free once (half or full serving), so you don't have to worry about going hungry.
P.S. I've heard the char siu rice is also great, but unfortunately, it was sold out by the time I arrived, so those who want to try it should come early!
