It’s a noodle shop that I think has really tasty braised dishes. I went around 19:30, and there were still a lot of people.
The braised dishes are served in a large bowl for you to help yourself. I think they are very flavorful! The braised large intestine, seaweed, small intestine, pig skin, and so on were all delicious! The plain noodles and sesame sauce noodles were just average.
However, just like some old shops, the takeout and dine-in are very chaotic. The shop isn’t big, but it was packed with people waiting for a table. You can place your order even if there are no available seats, and then call your table number at the counter when there is a spot? Plus, the entrance was filled with people waiting for takeout. In short, it was very disorganized.
