Hungry Power Exquisite Noodles is located on Zhenggong Street in Hualien City. Although Zhenggong Baozi has moved away from here long ago, there are still many delicious shops in Zhenggong Street.
The store was founded in Longgang, Zhongli in the 1980s. It moved to its current location in Hualien four years later and has been in Hualien for more than 30 years.
What I enjoyed today was shredded pork noodles with mustard greens, vermicelli soup, pork lungs and okra, totaling about NT$240.
Mustard mustard pork noodles:
The soup is good, not a heavy-flavored soup, but the cooking aroma is quite rich, and the presence of mustard makes the soup more refreshing.
There are quite a variety of noodle choices. I chose ramen. The texture of ramen is quite good. The chewy texture is also the basis of delicious noodle.
Rice roll soup:
The powdered sausage is processed very cleanly, and the elasticity of the casing and the tenderness inside are very delicious.
Paired with a refreshing soup and appropriate spices, the overall balance is quite good.
Okra:
Simple side dishes are all judged on their freshness.
Okra is quite fresh. In terms of taste, the skin is moderately soft and hard, and the inside is tender and flavorful.
As long as the body is fresh enough, a simple ointment seasoning is quite sufficient.
Pig lungs:
A rare and rare item, it looks like pork liver, but it tastes soft and tender with a crispy texture. The crispiest part is the pig lung tube. The whole thing is quite interesting to eat.
Overall, apart from the fact that the store itself is inside the market, which makes the overall store space a bit cramped, the rest of the store is quite satisfactory.
Because the meal time is breakfast, the overall preference for ordering is light, and I would like to try other meals if I have the opportunity.
Recommended to everyone!
