I wanted to get a cake to go, so I thought of this cake shop next to Lanyan Girls' High School. I had bought from here before and had a good impression. The environment feels quite warm and comfortable. Their cakes look pretty beautiful. I don't know if it was just the timing, but this time there were fewer options for cakes. In the end, I chose a crispy taro Basque slice cake.
Both the upper and lower layers are made of taro, with not only taro paste but also taro chunks for added texture. Overall, it wasn't too sweet, and the combination of taro and Basque cheese was quite good; it tasted okay.
Their dining area is in the outdoor corridor, but I personally prefer indoor seating, so I usually wouldn't want to dine here. However, it's fine to take it home.
